Offline-first maritime compliance workstation

Every watch.
Every entry.
Under control.

Logline turns the records your crew already keeps (bridge log, engine room, rest hours, port-state checks) into one clear workspace, at sea and alongside. Officers speak the entry. The ship keeps the evidence.

  • Runs in any tablet or desktop browser
  • Keeps entries on the device when the connection drops
  • One-tap BIMCO export

How it works

From the watch to the record in three steps.

01

Speak the entry

Tap the microphone and dictate in English or Greek. Course changes, pilot boardings, lookout handovers. No keyboard on a wing in heavy traffic.

02

Bind the telemetry

UTC, position, speed over ground and course are attached to the entry automatically, instead of read off repeaters and typed in by hand.

03

Verify and sign

The entry lands in a chronological deck log with the watchkeeper's confirmation. Every change is recorded, and nothing regulated is signed without a person.

Overview

See it run.

The 35-second overview: what Logline is, and why the bridge, the engine room and the shore office work from the same record.

Demonstration footage. Sample data throughout.

Why it matters

Compliance is decided on the voyage, not at the inspection.

Entries written up after the watch

When the log is reconstructed from memory at the end of a shift, the timing and detail are the first things an inspector questions.

Rest-hour breaches found too late

A breach of the STCW 2010 limits found weeks later, during an audit, is a finding. The same breach flagged as the hours are entered is a schedule change.

Shore reports rebuilt by hand

Noon reports, fuel soundings and carbon figures retyped from paper on shore cost time, and every retype is another chance for an error.

The product

One record, four stations, the same evidence.

Who it's for

Built for each person who signs something.

Masters and officers

Less paperwork at the wheel. Entries are spoken, timestamped and filed in the deck log without a keyboard.

Chief engineers

Open defects, running hours, maintenance triggers and spares in one place, with the critical items surfaced first.

Ship managers and DPAs

See rest-hour, certificate and port-state readiness across the fleet before an inspector does.

Owners and charterers

Carbon, laytime and detention exposure, drawn from the same records the crew keeps. No separate reporting cycle.

Built to the rules

The standards the workstation is designed around.

Confirm acceptance of any digital record with your flag state and classification society before it replaces paper.

Pilot

Test it on your vessels before you commit.

A 60-day pilot on two to three representative vessels, with full onboarding and support. You decide whether it earns a place in the fleet.

Fleet

€350 / vessel / month

  • Whole-fleet deployment after a successful pilot
  • Owner and charterer views across the fleet
  • Updates and support included

Questions

What masters and managers ask first.

Does it replace the paper deck log?

It becomes the working record. Whether a digital deck log is accepted in place of paper is set by your flag state and classification society, so confirm it with them before you switch.

What happens without an internet connection?

Entries are stored on the device and synchronised when the connection returns. Logging doesn't depend on a satellite link being available at the time.

Does the AI decide anything?

No. Logline suggests and checks; a qualified person confirms every regulated record. The system never signs on the crew's behalf.

Who owns the data?

Your company does. Your operational records are not used to train public AI models.

Is the demo real?

The demo uses sample data and simulated sign-off so you can explore every station. Figures are illustrative estimates, not live regulatory data. The pilot is where it runs on your vessels.
